Name Card Printing Instructions

With just one week to go until the symposium, we would like to inform you about the procedure for printing your Name Card (Certificate of Attendance).

[Steps to Print Your Name Card]

■ Before the Symposium

１．Visit https://glyco-core2025.gakkai.online/ and log in to your My Page

２．Click “Issue Certificates” at the bottom left

３．Select “Certificate of attendance”

４．Download the displayed Name Card

５．Print it on A4 paper and fold it into quarters so your name is visible

■ On the Day of the Symposium

６．Present your printed Name Card at the Registration Desk

７．You will receive a name holder and the program booklet in exchange

[Important Notes]

・Name Cards will NOT be printed at the venue. Please be sure to print yours in advance and bring it with you.

・Please use English for your name and affiliation.

・We recommend keeping your affiliation within 20 characters. If it overflows or appears misaligned, please update it via “Maypage” button on My Page and reprint your Name Card.

・Poster presenters will have a “P” mark on the bottom left of the card.

・Participants registered for the bunquet will have a blue square on the bottom right.

※ If you have registered for the social gathering but the blue square does not appear, please contact the Secretariat.
