Participant Information

1. Registration

For Pre-Registered Participants:

• Please log in to the registration system, download your name card, print it, and bring it to the venue.
• Present your name card at the Registration Desk to receive a name holder and program booklet.
• Entry is strictly prohibited without wearing your name card.

For On-Site Registration:

• On-site registration is available online only. Please refer to the guidance page for details.

2. Cloakroom Service

Please note: valuables, umbrellas, and perishable items cannot be stored.

3. Venue Services

• Free Wi-Fi is available. Please inquire at the Registration Office if needed.
• For copying, printing, or ATM services, please use nearby convenience stores.

4. Beverage Services

• Drink Service: Beverages will be available in the coffee station. Quantity is limited.
• Water Bottles: Complimentary bottled water is available next to the Registration Desk.

5. Dress Code – Cool Biz

Cool Biz attire is strongly encouraged for this event.

Staff will also be dressed in Cool Biz style. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited within the venue:

• Unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording.
• Smoking inside the facility (please use designated smoking areas).
• Posting presentation content on social media.
• Using mobile phones without setting them to silent mode or turning them off.
