Preparing for Your Poster Presentation

We’ve updated the details regarding poster presentations.

# Posters must be prepared in English.

# A poster space of approximately 180 cm (H) x 90 cm (W) will be provided (A0 size can be displayed). Please prepare your poster within this size.

# Please display your poster on the board with the assigned number.

● Poster Display Guidelines

# The poster presentations will be held over two days.

          Day 1 (24th September): Odd-numbered presentations

          Day 2 (25th September): Even-numbered presentations

# Although presentation times will be divided into two groups, posters may be displayed throughout both days. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping your poster up for as long as possible.
