1. Sign up
Please click the registration form button above and click “Sign up here”.
2. Register your e-mail address
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.
3. Fill in the required information
Click the URL in the confirmation e-mail and fill out the required information to complete this registration.
NOTE
The registration information will be printed on the name badge.
Due to the design of the name card, please enter your affiliation “Organization” within 20 characters.
4. Create your account
Once registration is complete, an account will be issued. This completes your registration.
Download your participation certificate (Name badge)
Downloading will begin in early September (to be announced by email).
・ Please download the participation certificate with the QR code printed on it.
・ After logging in to your account, please download the certificate from “ Others > Issuance Certificates > Participation Certificate ”.
・ Please print out the participation certificate in A4 size (210 × 297 mm) and present it at the registration desk on the day of the event.
※ The participation certificate is formatted in A4, which differs slightly from US Letter size.

- Fee: General 8,000 yen; Student 5,000 yen ※ Payment is by credit card only.
1. Register the banquet
After logging in with the account you created during the participation registration, Click “Registration and payment“.
2. Payment with your credit card
Please select general or student. Enter your credit card information and complete the payment.
NOTE
If you need to cancel your banquet registration, please notify the secretariat by 24 August at 23:59 (JST). After this date, no cancellations will be accepted.
