Poster Presentation Title List

Notification regarding the acceptance of your poster presentation will be provided following the registration deadline (August 30).

  • Posters must be prepared in English.
  • A poster space of approximately 180 cm (H) x 90 cm (W) will be provided (A0 size can be displayed). Please prepare your poster within this size.
  • Please display your poster on the board with the assigned number.
●　Poster Display Guidelines
  • The poster presentations will be held over two days.
    　　　Day 1 (29th October): Odd-numbered presentations
    　　　Day 2 (30th October): Even-numbered presentations
  • Although presentation times will be divided into two groups, posters may be displayed throughout both days. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping your poster up for as long as possible.

■ Abstract Submission

1st June – 30th August

NOTE
  • Please register your participation first (see “Registration” page) and then submit your abstract.
  • Please note that abstract submission may close early if the maximum number of submissions is reached.

To register a poster presentation, submitting the Presentation Application Form is required.

This form must include the poster title and author information, but an abstract is not required.

Please refer to the following flow for detailed information.

1. Prepare a poster presentation application form

Please fill out the following file and save it as a PDF file. The file name should be “your first name_last name_GCS2026.pdf”.　ex. Taro_Yamada_GCS2026.pdf

2. Register a new abstract

After logging in with the account you created during the participation registration, click “Abstract Submission”, then “add New”.

 

  • Abstract Submission
    Enter the title of your presentation and upload the PDF file you created in Step 1.
  • Question: Is this a presentation about the adopted proposals for J-GlycoNet?
    Please select ‘Yes’ if this was a presentation of the adopted proposals for J-GlycoNet.
  • Affiliation Information
    Enter your affiliation information.
  • Author Information
    Enter the information of the author of the poster presentation. Please select one presenter.

3. Save your poster presentation information

Click “Confirm” and then “Save” after confirming the information you have entered.

 

NOTE
  • Your poster presentation information can be edited 30th August. After that, it cannot be edited.
  • Notification regarding the acceptance of your poster presentation will be provided following the registration deadline (August 30).
